<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garment or a hat designed so that a vehicle detector easily detects passers-by. <P>SOLUTION: The garment 1 has both shoulder part fabrics 11 made of synthetic fibers containing powdered metal such as aluminum, and thus, millimeter waves sent from the vehicle detector 3 is reflected from the powdered metal contained in both shoulder part fabrics 11 of the garment 1.
