PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable provision of more effective sales promotional activities in a mail-order service.SOLUTION: A server device includes: an entry management unit 403 that obtains a value on a price of a commodity input by a user whose user authentication is completed; an entry result analysis unit 404 that identifies a user who has input the lowest value among values on the price about which the number of users having input the value is the smallest about each of values on the price acquired in a prescribed period by the entry management unit 403; and a successful candidate management unit 405 that gives authority enabling purchase of the commodity to a user identified by the entry result analysis unit 404. |
