PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid droplet ejecting head which can improve the efficiency of generating a pressure that is to be generated for ejecting liquid droplets. SOLUTION: A cylindrical piezoelectric element 32 is deformed in three directions, i.e., radial direction by a piezoelectric longitudinal effect (d33), and axial and peripheral directions by a piezoelectric lateral effect (d31).
