An organic electroluminescence device is provided to prevent an auxiliary electrode layer and a metal layer from being oxidized by having the auxiliary electrode layer to cover the metal layer in a certain part among data lines. In an organic electroluminescence device including anode electrode layers(202) and cathode electrode layers(204) intersecting the anode electrode layers(202), a plurality of data lines(208) is connected with the anode electrode layers(202) respectively. A certain part among the data lines(208) consists of a metal layer and an insulation layer which are laminated on an upper side of a substrate sequentially. |
