PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifouling coating composition for forming an antifouling coating film excellent in long term antifouling property, long term water resistance and crack resistance when exposed to sunlight for long time.SOLUTION: There is provided an antifouling coating composition containing: a silyl methacrylic copolymer (A) having a structural unit (1) derived from triisopropylsilyl methacrylate (i), a structural unit (2) derived from 2-methoxyethyl (meth)acrylate (ii) and a structural unit (3) derived from other monomer having a polymerizable double bond (iii), excluding triisopropylsilyl methacrylate and 2-methoxyethyl (meth)acrylate; and trimethyl isobutenyl cyclohexenecarboxylic acid (B).SELECTED DRAWING: None
