PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trail product combination calculation system for generating a trial product pattern that satisfies a condition set in each element by a designer. SOLUTION: A mounting condition associated with a circuit element is extracted from circuit design data, a condition item is extracted from the extracted mounting condition without duplicating the condition item, a combination of truth values of the extracted condition item is created, and the created combination of truth values of the condition item is substituted for the mounting condition of each circuit element. Since the existence/absence of mounting is seeked for each circuit element in each trial product pattern specified by the combination of truth values of the condition item, it is possible to automatically generate a trial product pattern with a specified circuit element to be mounted.
