PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC/DC converter, efficiency of which is improved.SOLUTION: A synchronous rectification controller 300 is arranged on the secondary side of an insulated synchronous rectification DC/DC converter 200, and controls a synchronous rectification transistor M2 on the secondary side of the DC/DC converter 200. A drive circuit 302 switches the synchronous rectification transistor M2. A photocoupler 204 connection terminal is connected with the input side of the photocoupler 204. An error amplifier 310 amplifies the error of a voltage detection signal Vdepending on the output voltage Vof the DC/DC converter 200 and its target voltage V, and draws a current Idepending on the error from the input side of the photocoupler 204 via the photocoupler connection (PC) terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
