PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a power consumption amount per communication service even in the case where multiple communication services are provided in a mixed manner in a facility like a data center.SOLUTION: A shared power consumption amount calculation unit 14B calculates a power supply facility power consumption amount Wp on the basis of an input facility power consumption amount Wx and a power supply loss rate Rp in a shared facility information DB 12, calculates an air conditioning facility power consumption amount Wa on the basis of the facility power consumption amount Wx and the power supply facility power consumption amount Wp and air conditioning efficiency Ra in the shared facility information DB 12, and calculates a communication facility power consumption amount Wc on the basis of the facility power consumption amount Wx, the power supply facility power consumption amount Wp, and the air conditioning facility power consumption amount Wa. A per-service power consumption amount calculation unit 14C divides proportionally the communication facility power consumption amount Wc obtained by the shared power consumption amount calculation unit 14B by a per-service communication facility scale amount Li in a per-service information DB 13, thereby calculating a per-service power consumption amount Wi of a communication service. |
