PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an effective sleeping agent without severe side effects, which can give a sleeping profile coincident with a substantially physiological sleeping. SOLUTION: As the sleeping agent, Musimor and THIP (4,5,6,7-tetrahydro (5,4-C) pyridine-3-ol) as GABAA(GABAAreceptor) agonists, Bigabatrin as a GABAAtransaminase inhibitor or Thiagavin as a GABAAuptake inhibitor are used.
