PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which suppresses filming, fixing and scratch on a photoreceptor, ensures excellent blade cleaning property, suppresses deterioration of charging performance by contamination particularly in a contact charging system, and has such good charging property as not to cause problems such as fogging even in various environments and even under duration. SOLUTION: The toner is obtained by adding hydrophobic silica fine particles A having a number average particle diameter of 5-20 nm and a hydrophobicity of≥50, fine particles B selected from hydrophobic titania or silica having a number average particle diameter of 20-100 nm and a hydrophobicity of≥50, and composite oxide particles C consisting of silica (SiO<SB>2</SB>) and magnesia (MgO) and having a number average particle diameter of 0.02-2.0μm, to toner cores containing at least a colorant, a release agent and a binder resin, and then mixing those.
