<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To validly utilize a GPS user device. <P>SOLUTION: This portable communicator includes: a radio communication means connected to a public communication line by radio for transmitting or receiving data through the public communication line; a portable computer for outputting a control command to the radio communication means, and for inputting or transmitting data from the public communication line through the radio communication means; and a casing for storing the radio communication means and the portable computer in a combined state.
