Disclosed are a method and device for scheduling the transmission resources in a vehicular network used for solving the problems in the prior art of increased base station signalling overheads and increased base station load caused by transmission resources being obtained by means of base station scheduling. The method is: a terminal receives micro-network system information sent by a node and access a micro-network, the micro-network system information carrying a micro-network identifier and a node identifier; when a communication task is generated, a target resources scheduling means is determined according to the communication task; according to the determined target resources scheduling means, target transmission resources within the accessed micro-network are obtained, and the data corresponding to the communication task is sent on the basis of the target transmission resources. In this way, when performing communication task data transmission within an vehicular network system, the terminal automatically determines the target transmission resources without having to perform a plurality of signalling interactions with a base station, thereby reducing the signalling overhead of the base station, and it is also not necessary for the base station to send data allocation transmission resources for the terminal, thereby reducing the load of the base station, and increasing the operating efficiency of the base station. |
