PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device capable of controlling the current amount of a light emitting element, and performing various electric connection.SOLUTION: A control signal generation part 110 divides an applied drive voltage, and compares the divided voltage with a reference voltage to generate sampling signals COM0 to COM3, and performs a logical operation to the sampling signals to generate switch control signals SW1 to SW3 and current control signals SC1 to SC4. The switch control signals control the electric connection of light emitting elements L1 to L4 to which the drive voltage is applied. Also, the current control signals select the light emitting element for performing a light emitting operation. A target voltage Vt is set by processing the sampling signals, and the drive currents of the light emitting element for performing the light emitting operation are determined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
