A system for rebuilding a computer operating system has a unique automatically recovery feature. It makes disk images of an incorporated operating system when there is a development in the operating system and stores the image files in the most efficient way. It can retrieve an appropriate image file and rebuild the operating system to its last minute state with full functions without human being involvement. Also the system can recover from a system file corruption.
