<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Nemacystus decipiens-containing noodles which makes it possible for people to eat the Nemacystus decipiens in the approximately original form, comprises the noodles and the Nemacystus decipiens in a specific ratio, enables the enjoyment of the strangeness of the comparison of the noodles with the Nemacystus decipiens, makes possible to taste the texture of the Nemacystus decipiens, and can effectively control the excessive intake of calorie due to the noodles. <P>SOLUTION: The Nemacystus decipiens-containing noodle set is characterized by setting the noodles and the Nemacystus decipiens in a weight ratio of 95 to 50% : 5 to 50%, when boiled noodles, raw noodles, dry noodles, instant noodles or spaghetti and the Nemacystus decipiens are boiled in an eatable state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
