METHOD FOR STRUCTURING OPTIMUM ORGANIZATION OF AUTOMATED BINARY SYSTEM IN MULTILEVEL MARKETING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chain referral sales expansion program for a referral sales system adopting multilevel marketing (MLM), and a compensation rate providing a rational basis therefor.

SOLUTION: A binary system is adopted. Business-oriented members and patrons are differentiated. Each provisional enrollee invites only two to a seminar, and as the two enroll provisionally through seminar training, the former provisional enrollee completes the enrollment. A primary non-store organization core structured by the enrollment-provisional enrollment-enrollment chain is the base of organization expansion. A bonus plan in which a promoting company and members coexist is presented on a mathematical basis.
