The present invention relates to a convenience and economical heat perming device set having a novel structure, by which only a root part of hair may be partially permed. According to the present invention, the heat perming device set comprises: a heat perming device (100) including a handle (110), a heating bar (120) coupled with a front end part of the handle and heated by a heater installed therein, and tongs (130) having a base end part coupled with the handle (110) to be rotated and pressing hair to be permed onto the heating bar (120); a comb member (200) having combteeth (204) in one side thereof to be fitted to and coupled with the tongs (130) to be attached and detached; a hair rod (300) formed in a circular pipe shape and fitted to the heating bar (120) to be attached and detached, so the hair to be permed is wound thereon; and a fixing cap (400) fitted to the hair rod (300) to be attached and detached, and fixing the hair to be permed wound on the hair rod (300). |
