PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner capable of easily keeping airtightness between the cleaner body and a dust collection unit detachably attachable thereto.SOLUTION: A vacuum cleaner includes: a body suction port for suctioning air containing dust when a suction hose is connected forward; a dust collection unit including a dust cup, having an inlet port for allowing air to flow in from the body suction port, for centrifugally separating dust by revolving the air, and a flow-out duct for guiding the flow-out air toward the body; a dust collection chamber to which the dust collection unit is inserted and mounted; a first relay duct for communicating between the body suction port and the inlet port; a motor blower for suction; and a second relay duct for communicating between the motor blower and the flow-out duct of the dust collection unit. Further, the first and second relay ducts and the motor blower are all disposed forward from the dust collection chamber. |
