PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment capable of promoting communication. SOLUTION: The communication equipment is provided with: a contents holding means for holding contents; a contents transmission means for transmitting the contents to communication equipment of a communication partner; a contents viewing history acquisition means for acquiring from the communication equipment of the communication partner the viewing history information on the contents transmitted by the contents transmission means; and a contents viewing history information presenting means for presenting the contents viewing history information in association with the contents held by the contents holding means.
