PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prepare an image corresponding to a shape of a measurement object.SOLUTION: An optical measurement method includes a plurality of image pick-up elements Si that is linearly lined at an interval d, and images a measurement object moving at a relative velocity v with respect to a camera in which a magnification is m and a frame rate is f, in a direction vertical to a lining direction of the image pick-up element Si in the camera, and outputs image data of the measurement object. The method is configured to: firstly acquire light to be emitted from the measurement object for each line L1j which is parallel with the lining direction of the plurality of image pick-up elements Si and of which an interval is v/f; receive the light acquired in each line L1j by the plurality of image pick-up elements Si to obtain first light-amount data R(i,j); next, when acquiring the light for each line L2k which is parallel with the lining direction of the plurality of image pick-up elements and of which an interval is d×m on the basis of the first light-amount data R(i,j), convert light acquired from each line L2k into second light-amount data P(i,k) to be obtained when receiving the light acquired from each line L2k by the plurality of image pick-up elements Si; and output the second light-amount data as image data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
