PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase reliability of information indicating the positions of estimation targets.SOLUTION: A position estimation system estimates the positions of estimation targets by using a plurality of position detection systems in combination. The position estimation system comprises: a determination part that determines the positions of the estimation targets detected by the plurality of position detection systems; an estimation part that estimates the actual positions of the estimation targets; and a change processing part that changes position information determining that the estimation targets are at positions different from each other on the basis of the information on the estimated positions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
