PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device and a manufacturing method for the same that can enhance the photoelectric conversion efficiency per unit area.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device comprises a substrate having a first region and a second region, an element unit including a first electrode 21 provided on the first region, a photoelectric conversion layer 22 provided in contact with the upper surface of the first electrode, and a second electrode 23 which is provided to be in contact with the upper surface of the photoelectric conversion layer and superimposed on the first electrode through the photoelectric conversion layer, a partition wall portion 3 including a first partition wall portion 3a which is provided on the first region to contact the side surface of the photoelectric conversion layer, and a second partition wall portion 3b which extends from the first partition wall portion to the second region, and contains a void portion above the second region, and a sealing portion 4 which is provided to seal the element portion and contacts the second region at the void portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
