PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relatively inexpensive traveling truck which can travel or be steered while preventing or suppressing any positional deviation during the steering operation, and is free from generation of noise. SOLUTION: The traveling truck has a moving device 24 comprising a steering shaft 6 turnably supported by a base 10; a steering block 3 provided below the steering shaft 6; a pair of wheels 1, 2 juxtaposed on the steering block 3 in an advancing/retracting direction; a driving mechanism 26 for separately rotating the pair of wheels 1, 2 in the forward and reverse directions, and a steering mechanism 25 capable of simultaneously changing the directions of the pair of wheels 1, 2 together with the steering block 3 by turning the steering shaft 6 by the rotation of the pair of wheels 1, 2.
