PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an adhesive rubber composition for hoses having good adhesive stability between rubber and brass without being influenced by variation of rubber-mixing conditions and change of external environment such as temperature and humidity when unvulcanized rubber is stocked; a ruber complex obtained by bonding the rubber composition to brass; and a hose using the rubber composition as a rubber layer. SOLUTION: The adhesive rubber composition for hoses comprises: a rubber; sulfur; a thiuram-based vulcanization accelerator represented by formula (1) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>to R<SP>4</SP>are each independently a 4-18C aliphatic hydrocarbon group, an alicyclic hydrocarbon group or an aromatic hydrocarbon group; x is an integer of 1-4) and a triazine derivative represented by formula (2) (wherein R is a mercapto group, an anilino group, a diallylamino group or a dibutylamino group).
