PURPOSE:To achieve corrosion resistance, strength, and low cost without contradiction, by constituting a pressure receiving flange by a pressure resisting flange and a liquid contact flange. CONSTITUTION:The pressure resisting flange 11 is constituted by forming a concentric circular concave part 12 in the one surface of a thick square plate made of general purpose stainless steel, and by symmetrically perforating a pair of circular through holes with respect to the center of the said concave part. The liquid contact flange 14 is formed in a disk shape by using a corrosion resisting metallic material, in such a way that the outer diameter has the size so that the flange can be closely coupled with the concave part 12 of the pressure resisting flange 11 and the thickness is equal to the depth of the concave part 12. On one surface of said disk, a pair of cylindrical knobs 15, which have the diameter so that the knobs can be closely coupled with a pair of the circular holes 13 in the pressure resisting flange and the length that is equal to the depth of the circular holes 13, are protruded at the positions corresponding to the circular holes 13. |
