PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling-transplanter equipped with a seedling-transplanting mechanism 14, having a pair of transplanting bodies 27 so as to perform transplantation of the seedlings by intermittent reciprocating motions toward a field and a seedling-conveying mechanism 13 for supplying the seedlings to the transplanting bodies of the seedling-transplanting mechanism, one by one in a traveling machine body 4, made capable of readily irrigating the transplanted seedlings. SOLUTION: This seedling-transplanter is provided by installing a cutting blade 30 for mulch film D covering the upper surface of a field, so as to protrude facing upward at a part of a transplanting blade 27a at the tip end of the transplanting body, in at either of the pair of the transplanting bodies 27 of the seedling-transplanting mechanism 14.
