An OLED touch display device and a manufacturing method therefor. The OLED touch display device comprises an OLED display (1) and a transparent touch panel (2). The OLED display (1) comprises a substrate (11), a transparent encapsulation cover plate (12), a first electrode layer (13), an organic light emitting layer (14) and a second electrode layer (15). The first electrode layer (13) is formed by reflection electrodes. The second electrode layer (15) is formed by transparent electrodes. The transparent touch panel (2) is arranged on the side of the transparent encapsulation cover plate (12) of the OLED display (1) opposite to the substrate (11). By means of the OLED touch display device, a top emission type OLED has a touch control function, the influence of finger touch on the display effect can be avoided, the thickness of the touch display device is reduced, and the production cost is reduced. |
