An assembling management system (200) of the electric vehicle (1) includes an information obtaining section (202) which obtains set information (222, 232) set in a vehicle body (2) or a battery (3, 61) and transmits the obtained set information to a determiner section (203) which determines whether not the electric motor (12) is permitted to operate based on the set information, and an output section (204) which receives a result of determination from the determiner section (203), and outputs an electric signal indicating which of a permission state and an inhibiting state should be set in the switching unit (190).
