The invention relates to a thermal solar absorber to be inserted into a thermally insulated closed, glass casing in order to form a low-temperature flat solar collector. The invention includes a plurality of copper tubes forming a closed circuit which is in direct contact with a single copper collector tube through which the heat-transfer fluid flows. In addition, flanges are welded to said plurality of tubes in order to absorb solar radiation and transmit same to the fluid inside the closed circuit of the absorber.
