Disclosed is a heat exchanger, comprising: a heat exchanger body (1); and a bottom frame (2), which is installed below the heat exchanger body (1), the bottom frame (2) being provided with a plurality of drain holes (21). Further provided, at the same time, is an air conditioner indoor unit having the heat exchanger. Arranging the bottom frame (2) at the bottom of the heat exchanger body (1) is favourable for improving the intensity of the heat exchanger and is favourable for solving the problem that the heat exchanger is easily damaged when dropping down in the prior art. Further, arranging a plurality of drain holes (21) on the bottom frame (2) is favourable for smoothly discharging condensed water, such that blocking caused by the accumulation of ice cubes and dirt at the position where the heat exchanger body (1) cooperates with the bottom frame (2) can be effectively prevented.
