PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box packing apparatus and a goods processing system, which is capable of restricting occurrence of inferior goods accompanied with a boxing operation and further improving the efficiency of boxing. SOLUTION: A goods processing system 1 controls a boxing mechanism 79 in such a manner that a system control unit 100 calculates the number of packed goods X capable of being packed in a cardboard box Y based on the size of the packed goods X that can be obtained from a seal checker 4 arranged on the upstream side of a box packing device 6 and a calculated number of packed items X are packed in the calculated number of packed goods X. Then, a QR-code sticking portion 95 included in the boxing mechanism 79 sticks a QR-code including information indicating that the packed goods X packed in the cardboard box Y is not an inferior goods and information about the number of packed goods X packed in the box.
