PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control method, a cellular base station, a user terminal, and a processor which can reinforce cooperation between a cellular communication system and a radio LAN system.SOLUTION: A communication control method in a cellular base station eNB 200-2 includes: a step for receiving information about setting of a user terminal UE 100 from the other cellular base station eNB 200-1 when the user terminal UE 100 performs handover from the other cellular base station eNB 200-1 to the own cellular base station eNB 200-2, wherein the information about the setting includes an individual parameter transmitted from the other cellular base station eNB 200-1 to the user terminal UE 100, and the individual parameter is a parameter for promoting traffic switching between a cellular RAN and a radio LAN; and a step for determining whether or not a change in setting shown by the individual parameter included in the information about the setting is required.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 20
