PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging system capable of solving conventional problem that a zebra is displayed over an image irrespective of the distance to a subject, degrading the operability and visibility in exposure adjustment.SOLUTION: The imaging system includes imaging means and display means that displays images picked up by the imaging means in a live view mode. The display means supports exposure adjustment when imaging by displaying a specific sign which represents a whiteout area in an area having a brightness exceeding a predetermined value in the pick-up image. Acquisition means is provided which acquires a piece of distance information of each subject in the pick-up image. The display means performs the specific display only on the subjects included in a predetermined distance range based on the distance information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
