PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that processing accuracy of Ag is low when an anode electrode is formed using Ag.SOLUTION: An organic EL display device includes a metal layer, an insulating layer formed on the metal layer, a first electrode layer formed on the insulating layer, an organic layer formed on the first electrode layer, and a second electrode layer formed on the organic layer in order from a substrate side. The metal layer is used as a reflection layer which reflects light on a surface of the metal layer. The light being generated from the organic layer by applying a voltage between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
