PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure resistance while dealing with various gate resistances.SOLUTION: A second switching device 5 is arranged between a gate and a drain of a first switching device 2. A Zener diode 6 is arranged between a gate and a drain of the second switching device 5, and a second gate resistor 7 is connected with a gate of the same. Due to such a configuration, the second switching device 5 can be operated on the basis of a break voltage Vz of the Zener diode 6, a resistance value of the second gate resistor 7, and a current flowing in the Zener diode 6 and the second gate resistor 7. Since a high operation current can be obtained by turning on the second switching device 5, the first switching device 5 can be turned on without increasing a capacity of the Zener diode 6. Accordingly, even when a resistance value of the first gate resistor 4 changes variously, resistance can be secured while dealing with the change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
