PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inexpensive underwear generating far-infrared rays and raising temperature via a body-heat generating function brought by capsaicin to promote blood circulation, retaining air permeability as underwear and available in mass production. SOLUTION: The underwear is provided with a coating film 2 comprising silica minerals such as black silica or serpentine, mineral powder 4 such as germanium powder, and capsaicin powder 5. A lot of circular or polygonal small pieces of coating film 3 are placed separately from one another in a prescribed area to form the coating film 2. The coating film 2 irradiates far-infrared rays so as to moderately warm the inside of the wearer's body and the capsaicin warms the surface side of the skin of the wearer.
