<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for applying a colored photosensitive resin composition having good coating properties even when a liquid-saving coater is used. <P>SOLUTION: The method for applying the colored photosensitive resin composition comprising (A) a colorant, (B) a binder polymer, (C) a photopolymerizable compound, (D) a photopolymerization initiator, (E) a solvent and (F) a surfactant comprises, applying the colored photosensitive resin composition with a spinless coater on a substrate or a layer comprising solid components of a colored photosensitive resin composition formed beforehand, wherein the solvent (E) consists of only propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate and ethyl 3-ethoxypropionate, the solvent is contained in an amount of 70-95 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the colored photosensitive resin composition, the surfactant (F) is at least one selected from the group consisting of a silicone surfactant, a fluorochemical surfactant and a fluorine atom-containing silicone surfactant, and the surfactant is contained in an amount of 0.0005-0.6 parts by mass by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the colored photosensitive resin composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
