PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting apparatus capable of stably collecting aerosol. SOLUTION: The liquid jetting apparatus comprises a recording head 210 having an electrically-conductive nozzle plate 260, an intermediate electrode 434 arranged to oppose to the nozzle plate 260 and having a passing-through region 435 through which a liquid passes, an intermediate electric potential difference generating means 700 for generating an electric potential difference between the nozzle plate 260 and the intermediate electrode 434, a terminal end electrode 430 arranged farther from the nozzle plate 260 than the intermediate electrode 434 in the liquid delivering direction, a terminal end electric potential generating means 600 for generating an electric potential difference with the same direction as the intermediate electrode 434 to the nozzle plate 260 to the intermediate electrode 434 in the terminal electrode 430 and attracting electrically the liquid passing through the passing-through region 435 of the intermediate electrode 434 to the terminal end electrode 430, and a waste liquid absorbing material 420 arranged adjacently to the terminal electrode 430 and absorbing and holding the liquid attracted to the terminal end electrode 430.
