FIELD: technological processes; mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: in device for direct molding of plastic products, which contains molding facilities. Supplying facilities for supply of plastic material doses contain multiple takeoff elements, every of which is arranged with the possibility of corresponding dose takeoff from extruder outlet and its transfer into supply position located between puncheon and cavity of molding facilities. Control means that pass from extruder outlet to supply position are arranged with the possibility of doses temperature control due to application of heat to doses during its transfer from extruder outlet to molding facilities. ^ EFFECT: doses of plastic material preserve permanent temperature until start of molding and have the same degree of plastic material plasticity between surface layers and internal layers, end products do not have defects. ^ 10 cl, 14 dwg |
