A sculpture tower decorated with flowers is provided to implant the flowers or trees through a net surrounding the outer periphery of an outer wall frame and to secure a good landscaping effect by rotating a body with a rotating device. The sculpture tower decorated with flowers is composed of center posts for forming a body(100); support frames for supporting each center post; middle frames joined by bolts and nuts to separate or combine the center post; plural inner and outer wall frames(130,131) horizontally installed at the outer periphery of the center post; plural vertical rods vertically connected to the inner and outer wall frames; a net(140) with dense meshes mounted on the outer periphery of the inner wall frame to form a space part(150) in the center; a net(141) with large meshes installed at the outer periphery of the outer wall frame to form a space part(151); and a water storing member(160), moss, and a moisturizing mat installed in the space part of the net with large meshes.
