A multi-image sensor tuning device and a method are provided to perform a simultaneous tuning process through displayed images when the images are tuned, thereby realizing optimized images. N image sensors(31-33) convert images of objects(21-23) into electric signals to output the electric signals. N viewers(51-53) display the electric signals as images. N registers(41-43) store parameter values of the displayed images. N computer devices(61-63) individually control setting values of the registers(41-43). The first computer device(61) is electrically connected to the rest of the computers(62,63) to deliver the same control signal to the rest of the computer devices(62,63). The control signal changes the setting values of the respective registers(41-43) so that the whole displayed images reach a predetermined reference value.
