PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel which prevents a drop of water sticking on a surface of an infrared lens from staying on a DLC film to prevent the DLC film and an intermediate layer from peeling, and an infrared imaging device. SOLUTION: The lens barrel having an infrared-ray transmissive infrared lens 2 containing zinc sulfide and a lens fixing frame 3 fixing the infrared lens 2 to one end of the lens barrel 1 has the DLC film formed on the surface of the infrared lens 2 with an intermediate layer interposed, and the lens fixing frame 3 has an annular frame portion 30 following a peripheral edge of the infrared lens 1 so that the peripheral edge of the infrared lens 1 and a surface position of the annular frame portion 30 nearly meet each other.
