Provided are a method and an apparatus for scoring thin plate glass, and scored thin plate glass manufactured according to the same, for scoring and break separation. A scoring tool (1) is pressed onto the thin plate glass (9) and drawn along a scoring line with adjusted scoring contact point pressure force as a vertical scoring force component. Therefore, prescored ultrathin plate glass having a score depth which is 1/20 to 4/5 of a material thickness, and preferably 1/20 to 1/5 of the material thickness, and having 350 to 650 of Knoop hardness (HK) is manufactured. |
