[Problem] To provide a heat-sealable stretched multilayer polypropylene film that has high rigidity and a low shrinkage rate at 150 °C compared to PET. [Solution] A stretched multilayer polypropylene film that is characterized by: comprising a substrate layer (A) that is configured using a polypropylene resin as a main constituent thereof and a heat seal layer (B) that is stacked on one or both sides of the substrate layer and that comprises a propylene random copolymer and/or a propylene block copolymer; having a shrinkage rate of 10% or less at 150 °C in the MD direction and the TD direction; and by having an impact strength of 0.6 J or higher.
