PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of widening the width of an outer case. SOLUTION: Box shape grip part 48 having an opening 48a is formed at one end and attached to a hole part 1g provided in the wall surface of the outer case 1. In order to prevent a peripheral of the opening 48a of the grip part 48 which is protruded outside the case 1 from further protruding out of the case, a step part 1m is provided by recessing the periphery of the hole part 1g inward.
