METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONDENSING PLATE MEMBER

PURPOSE: A method for condensing a plate member is provided to minimize a potential damage of a battery plate and an electric shorting of a cell and to eliminate a manual operation of the plate member for decreasing a potential problem about a health of an operator and for improving a quality control. CONSTITUTION: A method for condensing a plate member(11) comprises:collecting a shingling typed two-fold plate member for forming a bundle; collecting and squaring the single row of the shingling typed two-fold plate member; shaking the perpendicular-collecting typed bundle on a side unit or on an end unit for aligning the plate member on the side unit or on the end unit; rotating the bundle from the adjacent end unit or side unit perpendicularly while 90 degrees; and the plate member forming a square shaped bundle with a uniform side unit or end unit by vibrating the bundle on the adjacent end unit or side unit for aligning the plate member on the adjacent end unit or side unit. Therefore, a potential damage on the battery plate is minimized, and a quality control is improved.
