PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting device composed of a few components which achieves an installation floor area and compactness and high rigidity in a height direction.SOLUTION: In a lifting device 10, a screw shaft 22 is orthogonal in a horizontal direction relative to an assumed line X connecting a center P of a support post 30 to a center Q of a support post 40 and arranged at a position at equal intervals to the centers P and Q of the support posts 30 and 40; a work-piece mounting base 21 faces in a vertical direction opposite to the screw shaft 22 with respect to the assumed line connecting the centers P and Q of the support posts 30 and 40; a guide member 50 that guides the work-piece mounting base 21 to both support posts 30 and 40 is provided; and on a lower surface of a top plate outside respective ranges of the support posts 30 and 40 is arranged a gear box G to be connected to the screw shaft 22. This allows the device to make compactness and high rigidity compatible, eliminate bearing at an end part at the top plate side of the screw shaft and reduce the number of components.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
