PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact joint holder having a small number of components in a single-core bidirectional optical module, having less errors upon assembling and assembled with high accuracy. SOLUTION: An optical fiber fixing part 3 for an optical fiber 9 that bidirectionally transmits light at multiple wavelengths, a semiconductor laser fixing part 4 for a semiconductor laser 12 that emits transmission lightλ1, and a photodiode fixing part 5 for a photodiode 14 that receives signal lightλ2 are integrally formed on a case body 1 of a single-core bidirectional optical module. A fixing face 7 for an optical filter 8 that separates the multiple wavelengths is integrally formed in an optical path space part of the case body 1 that optically couples the optical fiber 9, the semiconductor laser 12 and the photodiode 13, and an optical filter 8 is stuck to the fixing face 7.
