PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which is excellent in weather resistance and can suppress the occurrence of warpage due to sunlight.SOLUTION: There is provided a decorative sheet 20 obtained by laminating a pattern-printed layer 2 formed by printing and an overlay film layer 4 in this order on one surface side of a colored substrate layer 1. The colored substrate layer 1 is composed of a polyolefin-based resin, at least the surface side of the overlay film layer 4 is composed of an acrylic urethane-based resin containing a triazine-based ultraviolet absorber, a surface protection layer has a layer thickness of 5 g/mor more and 10 g/mor less in terms of solid content coating amount, the colored substrate layer 1 uses titanium oxide as a pigment and the pattern-printed layer 2 uses ink having an infrared light transmittance of 40% or more as printing ink.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
