A power transmission auxiliary device, applied to a configuration in which a power transmission device (2) outputs AC power such that the current amplitude distribution varies continuously in a pair of power transmission lines (8, 9; 408, 409), and power receiving devices (3a-3e) receive power from the power transmission lines of prescribed regions (R1-R5), wherein the power transmission auxiliary device is provided with: a coil (16) in which an opening (20) is disposed in the linkage region of a flux generated around the power transmission lines in response to the AC power being outputted such that the current amplitude distribution varies continuously in the pair of power transmission lines; and a pair of power receiving electrodes (18, 19; 118, 119; 218, 219; 318a-318f; 319a-319f; 418, 419; 518, 519), one or more of which are disposed correspondingly with the pair of power transmission lines, and which receive electricity from the power transmission lines via the electric field. |
